What is the average total budget for a wedding at The Orianna?
Most couples invest between $15,000–$25,000+ depending on guest count, catering, rentals, and overall event design. Our flexible venue allows you to tailor your experience to your vision and priorities.
How do I secure my date?
To reserve your date, a signed agreement and initial deposit are required. Dates are secured on a first-come, first-served basis.
What is your capacity?
Capacity varies by layout and event style. We can accommodate both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations. Please inquire for specific configurations based on your event needs.
Who provides the catering?
Clients are responsible for selecting a caterer from our list of approved, licensed vendors to ensure quality and a seamless experience.
Do you allow outside catering?
Yes. Outside catering is required at The Orianna and must be provided by an approved, licensed caterer. The Orianna kitchens are not kosher: however, no pork or shellfish is allowed. Pork items include, but are not limited to carnitas, ham, bacon, lard, pepperoni and chorizo. Shellfish items include, but are not limited to shrimp, crab, lobster, clams, scallops and mussels. Please be aware that dishes containing these products can and will be removed from the grounds at your expense
Can I bring my own alcohol?
All alcohol must be provided and served by a licensed and insured vendor in accordance with local regulations.
Are there nearby hotels?
Yes, there are several hotels conveniently located near the venue. We’re happy to provide recommendations for you and your guests.
What time will we have access to the venue?
Access time depends on your selected package. Extended access for setup and breakdown is available with select tiers or as an add-on.
Do I have to hire a wedding coordinator?
While not required, we highly recommend a professional coordinator to ensure your event runs smoothly and stress-free.
Can I bring in my own vendors?
Yes. All vendors must be pre-approved and provide proof of insurance at least 14 days prior to your event.
Can I have both my ceremony and reception at your venue?
Absolutely. The Orianna is designed to seamlessly host both ceremonies and receptions, with indoor and outdoor options.
Can we have food trucks?
Yes, food trucks are permitted based on event size, layout, and timing.
Is parking available?
Yes, we offer complimentary on-site parking for your guests.
Is there a space to get ready?
Yes, a private pre-event suite is available for getting ready and staging.
Are candles allowed?
Yes, candles are welcome when enclosed in appropriate holders (such as votives or hurricanes) for safety.
Are sparklers or fog effects allowed?
No, specialty effects fog machines are not permitted on property due to safety regulations.
What happens if it rains and my ceremony is outdoors?
We will work with you to implement a seamless indoor backup plan, ensuring your event remains beautiful and uninterrupted.
Do I need to rent a dance floor?
No, a wood dance floor or black & white checkered dancefloor is included with your event.
Can we have music or a live band?
Yes. Live music and DJs are welcome. Outdoor music must conclude by the venue’s designated sound ordinance time of 8:00PM.
What time does my event need to end?
All events must conclude by 11:59 PM. Any event that go over the contracted time are subject to additional fees.
Can I rent just the courtyard or outdoor space?
Yes, select outdoor spaces are available for standalone rental, based on availability.
What is the Venue Manager responsible for?
Your on-site Venue Manager oversees venue operations and setup coordination before the event.
Can I change my event date?
Date changes are subject to availability and may incur a fee. Please refer to your agreement for full details.
